Rhode Island's Veterans Nonprofit
Your Service Organization
Veteran-founded. Veteran-led. Here for you — at no cost.
Our Mission
Mission: Boots to Briefcases exists to open doors for Rhode Island veterans and their immediate families. We connect people with the career support, benefits guidance, family resources, and community connections they need to build a strong civilian life — and we do it free of charge, because those who served have already paid enough.
Who We Serve
MB2B serves veterans of all branches and eras, and their immediate family members, right here in Rhode Island.
All-era veterans
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force — every branch, every era.
Immediate family members
Spouses, partners, and dependents of veterans receive the same access to services.
No cost, ever
Every service MB2B provides to veterans and their families is completely free of charge.

Why MB2B Was Created
Mission: Boots to Briefcases was founded by veterans who had lived the transition firsthand — and who knew how hard it could be to navigate civilian life after service. They saw veterans falling through the cracks: struggling to translate their skills, unsure of their benefits, and disconnected from the community support they needed. MB2B was built to close that gap, right here in Rhode Island, with a personal, local approach that large national organizations can't replicate.
