We offer Employability Assessments, and a variety of services related to career transitions including: resumes, cover letters, mock interviews, salary surveys, Phone Power consulting, networking skills, and job development delivered by an actual Career Coach and not canned answers supplied by Artificial Intelligence.

MISSION: Boots to Briefcases does not place any limitations on the clients of our military community.  However, you must complete all the assignments independently before each meeting.. Our team is prepared to work with you weekly as you navigate through your transition.

MISSION: Boots to Briefcases is open Monday through Thursday from 10 - 3. You are welcome to bring your children with you. Our office is set up to accommodate young families.  Also, we can schedule you for evening or weekend appointments in advance.

MISSION: Boots to Briefcases is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to helping veterans and military families. We are proud to provide all services to our military community free of charge. However, we also have competitively priced "Fee for Services" for nonveterans who are interested in working with our premium Career Coaches and Assessment Professionals. 

At MISSION: Boots to Briefcases , we understand that the first job you transition to may only be a "rebound position" you accepted for a family income. We don't want our veterans to be underemployed or unemployed.  We will work with you despite the lapse in time since your discharge.

MISSION: Boots to Briefcases' team members are knowledgeable in veterans benefits, however, we work with highly trained and certified Veterans Services Officers from partnership organizations. We will ensure you work with the proper professionals you need.

Our office at 623 Post Road in Warwick is on a bus line. Just check with RIPTA.  We can deliver our services through Zoom or a phone call. In some special circumstances, we can also meet you at a local public library but you will not have much privacy during the meeting in a public place.

We are dedicated to making a positive impact on RI's unemployment numbers. Therefore, we will not quibble over what constitutes  "a group."  Whether you're part of a formalized group or just 5 pals with a coffee fetish, MISSION: Boots to Briefcases will work with you at competitive prices.
